About Gamer's Valhalla
Gamer's Valhalla in its truest form is a concept. A
concept which involves the community surrounding it, the
people who enjoy it, and the atmosphere that comes from
it. That concept is computer games. For
the uninitiated in the title "Gamer's Valhalla", Valhalla
is the legendary heaven of the Vikings. Where if
they died in battle they would appear in Valhalla.
So in essence the title Gamer's Valhalla can be
interpreted to say Gamer's Heaven. Gamer's Valhalla
offers a range of services, both online and in its store.
Some of those services include:
Internet Cafe & Gaming Lounge
Gamer's Valhalla features an Internet Cafe & Gaming
Lounge, sporting 10 high-end PC's. Each of which features
19" Monitors, GeForce model video cards, and access to the
Gamer's Valhalla Software Library for the time the machine
is hired. The Internet Cafe runs a 1500/256 ADSL
Internet connection which is monitored using our own
custom made software we like to call WEBTRAF see

Gamer's Valhalla Software Library
The
Software Library features over 1800 titles across a
multitude of platforms, including PC Games, PlayStation,
PlayStation 2, XBox, and more. The Software library
isn't only for use by customers who use the Internet Cafe
& Gaming Lounge. The Library features a trading
system which allows you to play more games for less money,
and is designed so it can be used by anyone anywhere in

Gamer's Valhalla LAN's
Gamer's Valhalla sidelines in hosting
LAN events, having facilities in store to host a small LAN
party for a reasonable fee. In Store LAN's are held
every friday night starting at 9pm until 9am the following
morning for only $15 if you bring your own PC + Games.
OctoberLAN
During October of each year, Gamer's Valhalla organizes (with the
help of the local gaming community) a massive computer LAN
tournament to promote gaming in the community. The
tournament features cash & prizes to the winners in the
various events organized. Last year the LAN sported
around 60 people from the surrounding community.
This year we wish to do better. Keep an eye on the
forums and events on this site to find out more details
coming closer to October.
Gaming League
Gamer's Valhalla is promoting a new
gaming league for an In-House tournament series to run
monthly throughout the year. To join is $5 and you
will be issued with a laminated League members card, which
registers your gaming nickname, and allows you to enter
the hosted gaming tournaments. You will also be able
to join the tournaments in clan events as well if you are
in a registered clan. All tournaments are held
In-Store and you must run cheating death when playing
counter-strike or day of defeat. Trophies are
awarded monthly and will features online events between
Gamer's Valhalla Bundaberg and The Bunker in Brisbane.
